Sales & Support Manager - Data Science (1-6 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
A target driven sole contributor in his/her capacity, would be responsible for the following job roles :
- Sales of Cloud based AI tools within Company Network
- Provide proactive and reactive support to internal clients to ensure retention
- Building awareness about the in-house technology that is developed by the Data Sciences team
- Conduct product demonstrations, follow ups and trainings to get the audience comfortable with the concept of data driven marketing
- Preparing a narrative around the products to convey how the product solves real life problems of marketing
- Upskills current clients with new products the team develops
- Create documents and presentations that will provide all the exposure to the products, globally
- Provide post-sales support to the markets
- Coordinate within the team to ensure that reported bugs are fixed in time
- Promote usage of the tools post onboarding a market on paid subscription
- Keep track of usage of the products across all markets and identify areas of opportunity
- Build strategy for product adoption across incremental number of markets
- Be up-to-date with competition and chalk out the rebuttals and objection handling pointers
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellence command on Written and Spoken English
- Should be able to comprehend to the client's needs and empathize
- Should have good understanding of marketing concepts online and offline
- Strong Organizational, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
GOOD TO HAVE :
- MBA or PGDBA in Marketing
- Strong Oral and written communication skills
- Versatility, Flexibility and willingness to work with changing work priorities
- Strong visual, logical reasoning and ability to be able to sell complex products to Subject Matter Experts across the globe.
EXPERIENCE :
- 1 to 3+ years- experience in product sales
