Sales Support/Customer Support Role - Jewellery (2-5 yrs)

Customer Interaction :

- Provide support to US-based customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to jewellery products.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Order Management :

- Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

- Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Sales Support :

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.

- Provide support in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales metrics.

- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

Product Knowledge :

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products offered.

- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.

- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and support activities.

- Document customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer support.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.

- Provide training and support to new team members.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work night shifts to support US customers.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
