Job Profile :
- Contribute in business planning and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment and hosting of constructive meetings
- Built a strong distribution network for achieving greater market reach and penetration
- Work closely with channel partners to develop agreed business development plans which included lead generation activities
- Strategize product placement (existing & new) and development activities
- Communicate with clients to improve & develop business relationships and maintain constant follow-up on their feedback
- Drive marketing initiatives in the region to enhance brand recall including project level marketing communication
- Manage multi-channel marketing tactics (websites, display media, e-mail, direct mail, social media) across portfolio
- Streamline the sales presentation process through the creation of a product development database which provided sales managers with immediate access to product progress, features and pricing information
- Train new members of the sales force; monitored performance of different sales personnel and compared to month's objectives
- Planning and implementing strategies for optimization of distribution network, improving investment levels of trade partners as well as formulating and implementing working norms in consultation with the Sales Head
- Calculating sales forecasts for newly launched products; defining the financial budget and targets for new sales projects
- Coordinating with Dealers, Representatives of Institutions, Painters, Building Contractors, Interior Decorators, Engineers, Architects & so on and describing products properties & its applications
- Following-up for various schemes & payments and conducting account reconciliations
- Performing sales promotional activities such as Shop, Painters, Architects & Engineering Meets to improve secondary sales
- Addressing product complaints; conducting retail audit to assess market potential and competitors
- Gathering information regarding opportunities for sale such as upcoming construction activities
- Expanding & penetrating network and developing new dealers
- Working with superiors to launch new products and placing in network
