Responsibility
- To create a strong sales team, find and hire possible agents.
- Motivate and lead your field sales team with a strong sense of purpose.
- To resolve issues and offer assistance, keep lines of communication open and frequent with agents.
- Give agents access to market data so they can efficiently customize their sales tactics.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback to boost productivity.
- Make certain that agents are knowledgeable about the latest regulations, goods, and compliance requirements.

- The capacity to efficiently manage time and work independently.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree In Any Field
- Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Age Will Be 21 To 38
