Sales Supervisor - Food Processing (1-10 yrs)
- To coordinate the functioning of all sales outlets
- To ensure proper staffing in the sales outlets
- Coordinating the allocation of duties for staff at these outlets on a regular basis and deputing the staff required to the concerned outlet when the assigned staff has weekly off, is on leave, not reporting on duty.
- To be responsible for efficient and timely service at the allotted work place
- To effectively converse fluently with our esteemed customers
- To have a thorough knowledge of all products sold in the outlets including allergens associated with the product which may require to be intimated to the customers
- To have a data base of customers and follow up with at least 5 customers each day for repeat orders, maintaining Birthday list.
- To brief the staff in the outlet of posting and other outlets on new product to be introduced after briefing from the Chef
- To store all food items in hygienic conditions at the desired temperature and maintaining proper hygiene while packing the items.
- To ensure neat, proper and attractive arrangements of items on display with proper name labels indicating the product and classifying it as vegetarian or non-vegetarian with the appropriate green and red dot
- To ensure proper billing by not missing out on any items sold
- To hand over bill to the customers for all purchase transactions
- To prepare daily sales analysis at the outlet of posting and tally the same with the cash and digital payments
- Maintaining stock sheet, goods Return sheet and tally the same with daily sales
- To follow the check list for carrying out routine duties daily
- To ensure proper Grooming of self and staff reporting to you and using correct phrases while speaking with the customer
