Sales Supervisor - FMCG (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
ROLE SUMMARY :
- This job needs a sound understanding of the KSA. FMCG driving sales, trade marketing and distribution and managing distributors/sub-distributors in the respective region.
- The incumbent in the role will be spearheading the growth of the respective region/area (Riyadh/ Dammam).
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
- Deliver top line and bottom-line for the Region in line with a short and long-term plan.
- Development of the Area Operational Plan and delivery of the Trade Marketing & Distribution KPIs (Optimum Coverage, Availability, Visibility, distributor and market Stock Levels)
- Planning and execution of Cycle Activities in line with brand/TM&D plans on time and budget
- Management of Monthly demand planning, stock replenishment, inventory levels, Rental contracts, Joint Business Planning & Reviews
- Development/maintenance of a route to market strategy, coverage plan and expansion
Key Account Management :
- Manage large KA relationships along with the distributor's team.
- Category/ Function Understanding:- Develop in-depth knowledge of the consumer preference and competitors. Grow our brands in the competitive market environment
Team Management :
- Driving, motivating and efficiently utilizing distributor field force
- Manage the marketing calendar, promotions, launches and merchandising
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth
