Sales Strategy & Sales Operation Role - IT/BPO Firm (4-9 yrs)

Company is a mid tier IT and BPO company headquartered in New Jersy and with offices in Bangalore and Coimbatore. There are approx. 2500 employees involved in delivering IT & BPO services to clients in US. The company was incorporated in 1995
Role
1. Role will report to Strategy cell under the Managing Director
2. Person will be involved in the sales strategy including defining the sales and Go to market strategy for the various offerings of the company
3. Sales operations including the Sales related reporting & analytics, sales pipeline monitoring, tracking the performance of sales team and devising the strategy to improve sales performance
4. Interfacing with Different BUs (Sales, Marketing, Horizontals & Delivery) in terms of sanity check & pipeline analysis for the current deals and support required in converting them ; Leadership Team for customer/prospect analysis, forecast & revenue analysis along with developing presentations & scheduling meetings with the key stakeholders to manage them in achieving goals, visions & objectives of the company
5. Playing a key role in quarterly and bi-annual business reviews along with the Leadership Team to evaluate the strategy and business plan for revenue growth & new customer acquisition
6. Rendering support to the sales fraternity by coordinating with various BUs for collaterals, whitepapers & presentations required while responding to an RFP/RF
7. Person should have good analytical and communication skills to bring insights from the data and present to senior management
8. Person should have good education credentials including Engineering degree or MBA from one of the top MBA institute
