Sales Strategy Role - Telecom (8-18 yrs)
1) Team member to ensure the execution of the Sales Strategy projects, identified for the CSG sales units, within defined scope & timelines leading to incremental sales outcomes.
2) Identify the key strategic/tactical interventions required in the project and work with relevant stakeholders like Sales, Product, Marketing
3) Understanding of key Business Metrics and help analyze the areas of improvement and provide insights to the management team.
4) Define and drive business analytics for India and APAC and provide insights to Sales Leadership.
5) Capability to drive management review calls independently with Top RTM leadership teams for both India and APAC and drive improvements.
6) Drive Account Segmentation as and when the same is being driven by the management.
7) Guide and mentor the Business Analytics team members and provide insights on regular intervals so that proper reports can be generated by the team which will not only capture the attention of management but also drive improvement in critical to business areas.
Key Requirement :
1) Cross Functional exposure, mainly to Sales environment.
2) Critical thinking & insights driven.
4) Skills in strategic planning, Project management, and Presentation.
5) Team player who leads by example and needs minimum supervision to deliver results.
6) Exposure to Cloud and MSS service portfolios will be added advantage.
