As a part of our service offerings, we handle the rentals of our homes. We are looking for someone to be part of our rental division, a go getter, motivated, can achieve targets, and wants to join a young exciting organization for the long run.
Purpose of the role
- Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to -
- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums
- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar
- Coordinating and planning all rental stays with Goa team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Duties and responsibilities normally performed within this role.
- Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to -
- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums
- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar
- Coordinating and planning all rental stays with Goa team
- Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operationsteam
- Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings
- Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners
Educational Qualifications
BCOM, BMM, BMS, BAF
