Requisites:

- 1.5+ years required in sales
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and performance orientation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of business and management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums
- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar
- Coordinating and planning all rental stays with Goa team.

- Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team
- Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings
