Market Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, distributors, and dealers in the assigned territories.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
Dealer and Distributor Network Development :
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of qualified dealers and distributors in the region.
- Provide training and support to dealers and distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Execution :
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to promote Samrat Laminates products to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Sales Reporting :
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer activity, and market intelligence.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
