Sales Specialist - Motor Business (5-7 yrs)

Job title- Sales Specialist
Location- Mumbai
Experience- 5 to 7 years
Industry Experience- LV Motors, Motor gear box
- Note- This role will look after Mumbai Region. Only B2B Experience is needed (Heavy Industries/Light Industries)
- Responsible for conducting market analysis, supporting marketing strategy development, and assisting sales teams in driving business growth for the Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Gather and analyze market and competitive data related to local and global trends.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for business growth and inform management.
Sales & Financial Data Analysis:
- Analyze internal sales, technical, and financial data to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Build sales reports on channels, segments, geographic areas, and customer trends.
Support for Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Assist in developing marketing tools and strategies.
- Provide training to sales teams on using sales tracking systems.
Strategic Contribution:
- Participate in defining strategic plans and supporting their implementation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Electrical/Mechanical).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the Motors business.
- Strong sales background with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and address key issues professionally.
