Sales Specialist - Machinery Loans (2-6 yrs)
- Looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional for lending products including Business loans and Machinery loans
- Actively prospect and onboard businesses onto our platform seeking financing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financing requirements and recommend suitable loan products available through our network of NBFCs
- Develop and possess sound understanding of internal platforms
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan requests, and platform usage using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
What will make you a great candidate :
- Master's degree in Business Administration (Sales / Marketing / Operations / Finance) or relevant field 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on business lending or commercial banking
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets) Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment
