Sales Specialist - IT Security Solutions (5-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for the consultancy's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present and promote the consultancy's offerings to potential clients via meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM software.
- A personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to adapt to a profit-sharing compensation model.
- Knowledge of the consulting industry is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a profit-sharing position, where you will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the clients you bring aboard.
