Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Specialist to join our sales team in the IT organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and solutions to clients. The Product Sales Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation :

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for IT products and solutions.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

2. Product Knowledge :

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's IT products and solutions.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

3. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their specific needs.

4. Sales Presentations :

- Conduct compelling and effective product presentations to prospective clients.

- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and solutions.

5. Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance product offerings.

6. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies.

7. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.

- Generate regular sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting.

Project Requirements :



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven experience in IT product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills.


- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.


- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.


- Willingness to travel as needed.
