Sales Specialist - IT (4-10 yrs)
IT Sales Specialist (US Market)
- Excellent Communication Skills & Prior Product Sales Experience
- Experience or understanding of the Sales cycle in Online Tech/Product Sales
Responsibilities :
- As an IT Sales representative your role is to seek out and engage clients through strategic prospecting and convert them as customers for our products. To do this you will leverage existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails and social media.
- Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Online product demonstration to prospects
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue / sales goals through acquisition / upsell for the defined territory
- Follow the sales call process, assure that the customer understands our value proposition
- Build and manage quantifiable 3-month sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products
- Identify new potential customers from various internet sources, understand their education technology needs, find the right contact, and generate opportunities to sell
- Strengthen customer relationships and increase customer awareness, satisfaction and loyalty
- Effectively use the sales CRM & invoicing tools to enter all sales information into this system
Ideal Profile/Good to haves :
- Prior experience in carrying inside sales experience and pipeline management skills
- Experience of working with a B2B technology/product company would be highly beneficial
- Prior experience in selling to international businesses over the phone preferred
- Good Knowledge of B2B product selling and cold calling
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & listening), with the ability to interact effectively with the clients
- Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, integrity, and enthusiasm. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
