Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

- Lead Generation: Identify prospects through networking, referrals, and events.

- Client Management: Build strong relationships with decision-makers and address their needs with customized solutions.

- Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

- Team Collaboration: Work with technical and internal teams for successful solution delivery.

- Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in Systems Integration.

- Strong technical understanding of IT systems and solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions.
