Sales - Specialist - Insurance (0-3 yrs)
1. Insurance Specialist will operate from Future Retail Outlets (e.g. Big Bazaar, Central etc.).
2. Assist floor/section staff to promote small ticket General Insurance products.
3. Ensure lead generation of Life Insurance products from the store assigned.
4. Ensure General Insurance products are being promoted from all cashier counters.
5. Ensure to sale Insurance products on his own to achieve assigned store budget.
6. Achieve budgeted product mix of LI & GI.
7. Ensure smoot fulfillment of each Insurance sale.
8. Ensure customers get policy documents through customer service desk before customer walks out of store.
9. Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly achievements of insurance budgets assigned to the store.
10. Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to line managers.
11. Prepare and submit required MIS on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
12. Responsible for complete insurance business of assigned store.
