As the TMC Specialist, you will develop the business towards the projected growth ethically, timely and economically in consultation with your respective manager.
What you will do :
- Developing and nurturing strong relationship with the Clients.
- Managing the existing portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success as well as acquiring new Key accounts.
- Resolving conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervising key accounts to ensure sales increase.
-Reporting on the status of key accounts.
- Setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Being responsible for increasing the portfolio base in terms of revenue.
- Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth

Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- At least 2 years experience working in similar role
- Must have worked and have good knowledge in Leisure/ Travel Industry
- Should be open to work in Client Acquisition and relationship building.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint Presentation Skills required.
- Comfortable to work Off Site (Field) for business alliance and acquisitions
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
