Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to rental inquiries through various communication channels.
- Record all inquiries promptly and maintain the home calendar with accurate availability details.
- Coordinate and plan rental stays in collaboration with the operations team.
- Oversee home maintenance as required and liaise with the operations team for upkeep.
- Prepare monthly financial reports detailing rental earnings.
- Communicate month-end earnings to homeowners.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Com, BMM, BMS, or BAF graduates preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic financial acumen to handle earnings reports and homeowner communication.
