Hiring a Specialist for a Leading Product Based Company with Products like Vision Care Equipment's and Digital Lenses
Job Purpose:
The incumbent is tasked with managing a specific region to establish regular interactions with ophthalmologists, achieve revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives, and meet the company's call average and ophthalmology coverage requirements within the designated area.
Main Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the assigned territory, maintaining regular contact with ophthalmologists and opticians to attain revenue targets in line with team and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams from different locations to drive revenue growth in the Hospital Retail Channel.
- Conduct customer and market development activities in partnership with line managers.

Key Areas of Focus:
- Build and continuously update a client base consisting of consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals, regularly reviewing the list to enhance business relationships.
- Engage in product discussions with ophthalmologists, provide consumer education, conduct retail audits, and oversee distributor activities.
- Consistently implement the company's marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and product volume budgets.
- Meet the company's call average and fulfill ophthalmology coverage criteria in the designated region.
- Adhere to reporting procedures, work schedules, and budgets to optimize sales and establish efficient sales processes.
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree in science, pharmacy, or optometry and possess a strong track record.
- A minimum of 4-15 years of successful sales experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry is required, with a preference for experience in the Optical/Ophthalmology industry.
