Sales Specialist - Homecare Business (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Responsible for achieving AOP of the designated territory in terms of revenues, number of patients enrolled and number of physicians converted
KARs
- Create KOLs and advocates for homecare services
- Measure and validate the homecare services opportunity in the designated territory
- Map the complete ecosystem for homecare services business (Physcians, Pharmacies, Hospitals etc.) in a designated territory
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, corporate policies and ethical standards
- Execute and monitor the various activities like CME- s/Workshops and patient activation in co-ordination with marketing
- Communicate economic and functional value of our services to potential influencers/decision makers
- Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
- Provide regular reports around defined metrics
- Ensure planning and implementation of territory wise action plan to drive the business.

Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent in science or engineering
Specific Knowledge/ Competencies
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
- Willing to travel extensively
- Quick learner, ability to manage various stakeholders including KOL relationships
