Sales specialist - EAP(employee assistance programs)

Proven track record in Selling Services . Preferably an MBA from a known institute, you need to have a good academic track record . The candidate needs to be disciplined, intellectually sharp, hard working, presentable and respectful.You need to have good contacts at middle and senior levels in major IT, ITES, BPO,Healthcare and some reputed MNC companies from various sectors .

You are expected to build a strong sales pipeline, build good contacts at senior levels. Hard work is non-negotiable, you need to be highly productivity in daily sales calling. You will be contributing to a very strong sales culture that reflects both care and confidence, which is needed to sell counseling service. You will closely work with Regional Head Sales and translate the organization's dreams into tangible actions. You are expected to have a maximum of 5 years successful track record in sales
