Sales Specialist - eLearning/EdTech (5-12 yrs)

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling digital learning solutions or related products/services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the learning and development industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
Mandatory Pointers :
1. Need candidates from eLearning, Ed-Tech & Learning Technology and similar industry background.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
3. Understand clients' learning and development needs and propose tailored digital learning solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our digital learning solutions.
5. 5-10 years of direct sales experience.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
7. Identify and target potential clients in the corporates (B2B) and enterprises in India.
