Sales Specialist - EduTech Solution (8-12 yrs)
Job Location: Delhi/Pune
- We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-driven Education Specialist who has prior experience in selling technology based solutions in education segment (K-12/ Higher Education).
- Candidate should have a good network base in education and can built and manage education accounts in the assigned territory to drive sales.
- The responsibilities include managing a team, submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers about product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints.
- You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing education customers based within the assigned sales territories.
- Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling to new and existing customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing education customers to close sales.
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales in education sector.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Minimum experience of 8 years in selling ed-tech solution in education domain.
