Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2C sales
- Fluent English
- Great active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport with the customer
- High level of objections management skills
Main responsibilities :
- 80% is calling our leads (who filled out the application form)
- Use scripts to provide information about service's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask open questions to understand the customer's requirements
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with doubts and concerns
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
