Sales Specialist - eCommerce (7-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Sales Specialist to drive online sales growth and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies across e-commerce platforms, manage relationships with e-retailers, and enhance customer experience to boost conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies across e-commerce channels to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

- Product Listings & Content Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and content to enhance SEO, conversion rates, and visibility on e-commerce platforms.

- Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, ads, and product launches to increase online traffic and sales.

- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs, such as conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition costs. Generate insights from data to improve strategies and share regular performance reports with stakeholders.

- Vendor & Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.), negotiating contracts and terms for optimal placement and support.

- Inventory & Order Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Customer Engagement & Support: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues, aiming to enhance customer experience and retention on e-commerce platforms.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure cohesive e-commerce strategies and smooth operations.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Experience: 7-15 years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify is preferred.

Skills :

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
