Sales Specialist - eCommerce (1-7 yrs)
Specific responsibilities include the following :
- Understand products and services and articulate and guide sellers through integration.
- Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers who want to list their products
- Work with sellers to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects.
- Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings.
- Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us.
- Support the launches of new programs, categories and features.

Prior Experience and skills :
- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required.
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
- Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices).
- Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.
- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
- Bachelors required in computer science, sciences or engineering, masters preferred.
