Role Description- Sales Specialist
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing solutions in Cybersecurity, Networking, Storage & Back up, Cloud solutions, Manpower deployment etc. The candidate must possess skills in new customer acquisition and retention. Sales person should be an order maker and not order taker. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for sales management and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible & sensitive to Monthly Revenue & Gross Margin Goals.
- Capable of identifying new opportunities & working closely with OEM & vendors
- Identifies current and future requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential customers.
- Provides product, service, or technical information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating value for products in their business and operations improvements.
- Self-development by proactively taking technical information and training.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills required:
Qualifications &, Experience:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and Inside sales representatives.
- Graduate and above with strong flair for business knowledge on how to grow and capture new business.
- Selling experience in similar industry 4 years & above of industry experience
- Familiarity with IT products & its solutioning.
- Result oriented, target driven and able to think out of box
- Ability to understand the business dynamics and think of new ways for selling the company product & services
- Salary Negotiable, as per industry standards, Incentives on Gross Margin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
