Sales Specialist - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling specific products or services within a defined market or product category. This role involves in-depth product knowledge, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in a specific product or service line to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and target potential customers.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a specialized field or industry.
- Strong understanding of the product/service being sold.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Working Conditions: Full-time, with occasional travel or client visits, depending on the industry.
