Sales Specialist - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Collaborate with the key account manager to achieve goals and targets.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and partners.
- Generate a pipeline of high-value prospects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
- Handle relationship management and issue resolution.
- Develop industry expertise and competitive analysis.
- Understand partner business activities and client needs.
- Ensure compliance with business and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements :
- Prior Experience of 2-3 years as a telesales representative or other sales or customer service role servicing in a financial or capital markets industry. (Forex, Indices, Commodities, Shares, etc)
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience and knowledge of Indian native languages will be advantageous.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Goal-oriented, innovative, professional, and cooperative mindset, with an eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to present products/services over the phone, deal with complaints and doubts, and resolve issues
