Job Title : Local Banking Sales Specialist
Overview :
Responsibilities :
- Actively engage with potential clients through door-to-door visits and community events to promote the bank's products and services.
- Assess the financial needs of clients and recommend appropriate banking solutions, including savings accounts, loans, and credit options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Obtain leads from various business divisions and execute the necessary actions to convert these leads into sales.
- Stay informed about new banking offerings, industry trends, and competitor services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the team leader, including updates on sales activities and client interactions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment.
- Familiarity with banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally and engage with the community.
- A valid driver's license and proficiency in local language(s) may be required.
