Sales Specialist - Banking (0-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Acquire New Accounts : Secure new Current and Savings accounts from the local area.
- Drive Deposits : Source Fixed Deposits (FDs) and Recurring Deposits (RDs) with ease.
- Account Management : Activate new accounts, manage UPI accounts, and maintain healthy savings balances.
- Engage Locally : Participate in branch activities and community events to drive business.
- Collaborate : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
- Lead Generation : Conduct local marketing activities to generate quality leads.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Education : Graduate or Post-Graduate.
- Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or sales.
