Sales Specialist - Automotive Business (8-12 yrs)
Sales Management & Business Development :
- You are expected to manage & meet the Sales Targets Customers wise/Products wise month on month as per AOP.
- You should manage & keep track of primary and secondary sales customers wise & work towards achieving the targeted growth across all customers.
- Should work on maximizing the market Share & account share by driving the targeted Share gain targets.
- Work With Converters & End Users (Automotive OEMs viz 4W, 2W, Tractors, Bus, Construction equipment, etc.) to manage business opportunities & create the right opportunity pipeline to meet the targeted business growth.
- Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, and implement initiatives to meet those needs.
- Work on building the distribution gap by appointing the right no. of distributors & authorized converters in the market which is required for building the targeted business.
Role and responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain a deeper connection with the automotive value chain - OEMs (like Maruti, Honda, TATA, Tractor, Bus OEMs, 2W OEM, etc.) along with converters & should be able to manage effectively with a Key account management approach.
- Ensure the right engagement and stakeholder management with all OEM's key decision makers at engineering, R&D, procurement departments, and the related converting partners.
- Must generate and bring up an individual OEM-wise project pipeline and create an overall healthy funnel with min. 4X of the incremental growth required.
- To launch and introduce new products & technologies to the automotive value chain for sustainable and long-term growth.
- Leverage complete AD portfolio including Mactac, window films for share gain & new specifications with OEMs.
