Sales Specialist (5-12 yrs)
About Function :
The candidate will be part of SCF Platform & Services He will be part of sales team where major KPI's will be Account Management, Increasing Wallet Share and margins (CM3), New Account Acquisition (Rated Clients/Secured Business), Timely Collections, 100% compliant business, Exploring Additional Business Opportunity from Finpass, RMC, Artwork Flow.
What you'll be doing :
- Develop and implement our GTM strategy by building and nurturing relationships with B2B clients for sustainable business growth
- Playing a critical role in driving business growth by identifying potential Anchor corporates, building relationships, and closing deals for vendor and distributors/dealer supply chain finance solutions.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs.
- Present pricing, terms and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close Anchor deals.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products.
- Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.
- Willing to work in a start-up environment and go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs.
- Solving problems based on defined solutions using data and tech first approach
Working towards over-achieving monthly and quarterly targets by increasing the wallet share of existing clientele
- Working closely with Business Intelligence, COT, Product and other cross- functional key stakeholders to achieve the experience goals
- Drive complete P&L responsibility for the B2B accounts assigned
- Ensure Timely collections of Due receivables from the customer.
