Sales Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual for the role of On-Field Sales.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining business clients, with a focus on generating sales through on-site visits, presentations, and relationship-building. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential B2B clients in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Set up meetings with decision-makers to present products.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Work closely with the client to close deals that align with both client requirements and company objectives.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and new developments in the market.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client feedback.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress.
- Regular follow up for payments of due amount from client, answering client calls and resolving their queries if any.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis.
Experience:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, on-field sales, or business development.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a target-driven approach.
Key Attributes:
- Proactive and confident approach to on-field sales.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
Work Environment:
- This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Candidates must be comfortable with flexible hours to meet client demands and business goals.
- The position is performance-driven, with KPIs and sales targets in place.
