Sales Role - Voice Process - BPO (1-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Receive inbound calls from customers to interact with them and identify their needs
- Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
- Follow set communication guidelines in addressing the needs of customers
- Sell our products to customers
- Place outbound calls to customers to sell our products
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Processing and implementation of orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Build a positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company
- Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament
- Monitor trends in customer calls and alerts management in event of any suspicious activity
- Recommend potential products to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Place or update orders
