What do we expect from you ?
- Meet and exceed sales targets for outbound travel including domestic and international markets.
- Develop a strong direct touch sales pipeline, focus on timely closure.
- Understand client needs and requirements providing them bespoke travel offerings.
- Expertly demonstrate value proposition and benefits to HNI/UHNI clientele.
- Accurate account and pipeline management with professional-level forecasting.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure working cohesively with other teams.
You are a great fit if you already meet the following prerequisites :
- 3-9 years of work experience preferably in the Travel Industry.
- Good Experience of handling high end HNI clients.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales growth.
- Excellent in communication skills and corporate sales techniques.
- Passion for Travel and zeal of experiencing different tourist destinations.
- Self-starter who can work independently and learn with the team.
