Sales Role - Switchgear (2-3 yrs)
Requirement :
- Possesses thorough knowledge of LV, MV, HV Switchgear products.
- Ability to plan, develop and achieve business targets for Switchgear products in assigned area by actively focusing on Industrial sales business.
- 3 years of hard core selling experience in electrical MV LV HV switchgears industrial products.
- Collect market information for different market segments related key customers.
- Able to identify potential customers, plan visits to achieve it and create market acceptability by brand building activities.
- Ability to educate company product advantages with demo & presentation at major customers like Panel Builders, OEM, EPC, consultants.
- Responsible for enquiry generation, Offer preparation, regular follow up, negotiation, closer of orders.
- Direct/Indirect sales, customer relationship management, business planning and review, business information management, product presentation.
- Adhere to sales process, guidelines, obtaining necessary approvals & documentation.
- The candidate should have worked, interacted or processed data of panel builders/ electrical contractors/ OEM.
- Build long term customer relationships and manage resolutions to specific customer needs and issues.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities, prepare sales plans, perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Make timely offers and focus on conversion of orders through lead management and opportunity funnel management.
- Generate the agreed sales volume along with profitable sales through effective sales process.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the market and ensure cross collaboration.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of sales process especially in LV, MV, HV Switchgear products and help solving customer complaints and business growth.
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills.
- Good at negotiation, convincing power and order closing skills.
- Good at selling, oral presentation, agile interaction.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Good analytical and influencing skills.
- Conduct and manage meetings.
- Quick learner and well conversant with commercial concepts.
- Result oriented with strong customer focus
- Monitor and achieve sales target.
- Should have collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English.
Educational qualification :
- Diploma, B.E,/M.E. B.Tech/M.Tech, in Electrical Engineering
- The sales target should be in the range of 4 crores per annum.
