We are hiring for
Position : Software Sales Agent
Location : Cochin & Bangalore

Experience : 1-2yrs
Work Mode : WFO
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Calling the prospect and qualifying them : You will be tasked with reaching out to potential customers to assess their needs and determine if our product is a good fit for them.
- Planning and scheduling product demos : You will coordinate and schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects, providing assistance to the next level sales team as needed.
- Working with clients to ensure error-free workspace : You will engage with clients to troubleshoot any issues they may encounter with our product and ensure that their workspace in functions smoothly.
- Updating data and workflow on the CRM : It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress on our CRM system to ensure that workflow and progress are tracked effectively.
- Staying ahead of new build updates : As an active performer, you will stay informed about new updates and features and communicate these changes to clients, ensuring they are fully utilized.
- Collecting feedback and case study logs : You will gather valuable feedback from clients to help improve our product and maintain case study logs to showcase successful implementations.
