Sales Engineer
Location : Chennai and Bangalore
- 3-5 Years of similar work experience in managing
- Field Sales of key accounts for ELV, ICT and Telecom Systems
1. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to deal close, and ongoing account management.
2. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of Key Accounts and Global clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and proposing the most optimized and best solutions that meet their objectives and changing needs.
3. Identify and address any concerns of the assigned key clients as Performance Assurance Manager for any ongoing/past/future projects.
4. Identify latest and most fit solutions to the key accounts and engage OEMs and clients for successful solution offerings.
5. To sustain a solid relationship with key account stakeholders, and to trust our offerings and commitments.
6. Manage project sales cycle from design to award.
7. Building a strong relationship and understanding of customers' needs is the key to building a long-lasting relationship.
8. Develop the vendor base and get the best agreement for projects and have good relationships with manufacturers and ensure partner levels.
9. Proactively deliver our strategy for revenue and margin growth in the Security and ELV Systems, ICT, and Telecom Systems' offerings across Pan INDIA clients within all verticals, especially Corporate, Commercial, Government, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Utilities, CNI Projects, Government, Hospitality and Education Industry.
10. Deliver sales revenues from new customers. This will include creating, maintaining, and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organized approach.
11. Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets.
12. Work with the internal teams to develop robust client solutions and managed services propositions
