Sales Role - Seals (3-5 yrs)
Develop strategic applications in the Energy (Upstream & refinery), automotive, Industrial and Aerospace markets to support the Sealing Solutions Business unit in achieving mid and long-term goals. Minimum 1-2 years in application and 2 years in technical sales or value selling. Experience in polymers products, metal seals and Functional knowledge of market segments like valves, Pumps, actuators, and aerospace components. Experience with fluoropolymers, and thermoset plastics. Knowledge of Special Elastomer O-rings FKM and FFKM in industries such as Aerospace, Energy, Power, steel, fertiliser, refinery, Nuclear, Defense, renewable etc. will be added advantage.

1. Market Intelligence and Product Benchmarking
2. New Product and New Market Development
3. Technical Support
4. Cross Functional Interface
5. Key account management
6. Establish and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities utilising Salesforce.
7. Drive growth of profitable sales within the industrial market through a combination of new business acquisitions and growth at existing accounts.
Annual CTC Range: 5 to 8 LPA
