Sales Role - SaaS (3-5 yrs)
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify and target potential clients within a designated territory or industry.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Consultative Selling :
- Present and demonstrate our Rewards and SaaS solutions effectively, highlighting their value proposition.
Solution Customization :
- Work closely with clients to design and propose tailored, end-to-end solutions.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on Rewards and SaaS solutions or related industries.
- Excellent understanding of the Rewards and SaaS market landscape.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
