Duties and Responsibility
- Greet and direct customers towards right product. Build rapport
- Answer customers- questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate product purchase
- Cross-sell products
- Upsell Products
- Take stock and make sure fast moving SKUS are always on stock.
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Account Manager. Provide sales data to account manager every day.
