Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the startup and corporate sectors. Your primary goal will be to promote our recruitment services and establish long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best talent for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients, particularly startups and growing companies, through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Product Knowledge : Understand our recruitment solutions in depth to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or related fields.

- Experience in selling automation solutions or related technologies is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and corporate hiring needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
