Job Description
Role : Corporate Sales
- Responsible for generating new opportunities of Business, meeting companies requirement and overall quality of service.
- Doing new client acquisitions along with strategizing business plans.
- Selling End to End HR and Recruitment services.
- Lead Generation and Market Research Activities
- Giving Presentations & Explaining company profile to clients.
- Maintaining relationship with the Existing Clients for future business and requirements.
- Negotiations and closures of the deal.
- Strategy Formulation .
- Achieving daily and monthly targets satisfying all the parameter constraints
- Assisting in Management for several managerial works
Market Research :
- Targeting and Developing new markets.
- Regular Interaction with Clients
- Resolving Clients Queries & Concerns.
- Maintaining Client Relations, and expanding customer base.
- Making and maintaining client database.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Fixed Salary + Incentives
