Job Title: Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in selling software applications and products, specifically in the recruitment industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our innovative recruitment portal to clients. If you have a proven track record in software app and product sales, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development:
- Prospect, identify, and target potential clients in the recruitment industry who can benefit from our recruitment portal.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our recruitment portal to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building and Client Management:
- Establish and foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market segmentation, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales of software applications and products, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the software sales cycle and experience in selling to diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
