Sales Role - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Principle Accountability:
Commercial Resale.
- Working knowledge of the secondary market
- Broker Network Management, preferably from Client Associate
- Activate and engage top channel partners in the catchment area and new territories across Gurgaon
- Responsible for handling key accounts/HNIs for their investment and divestment portfolio in Delhi/NCR and other cities.
- Formulating and implementing auction/bidding process for the corporate-owned properties
- Negotiate sales/leasing and purchase/leasing contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and preparing amendments as necessary
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends along with developing existing and prospective relationships with key customers to offer innovative opportunities for business growth.
- Formulating Marketing Strategies in discussion with the management, further implementing and monitoring the same.
- Conducting market surveys and analyzing competitors' activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
