Roles and Responsibilities :
- Result oriented with good communication presentation skills having minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales (experience in selling high end residential projects).
- Excellent negotiation skills, pleasant personality, competent in MIS reporting.
- Can build relations with clients for selling residential property.
- Should possess good analytical, decision making, time management and leadership skills
Job Description
- Interaction with prospective buyers. Arrangement of site visits. Finalizing / Closing sales deal. Work on lead generation activity, responsible for effective lead conversion.
- Taking active part in sales promotional activities.
- Ability to handle customer grievances queries.
- Doing follow-up for debtor collection, responsible for smooth running of daily collection and monthly targets.
- Candidate need to join immediately & should have good communications in English
