The Company's expertise spans end-to-end real estate investment management services across diverse segments and asset classes such as residential, office and commercial, retail, hospitality, social and urban infrastructure.

POSITION DETAILS:

The company is looking to fill in 2-4 young, smart and versatile candidates to be a part of the Transactions team. The title for the position will be Associate or Senior Associate based on the experience & skill sets.

Two positions will contribute towards growing the business of the vertical by sourcing business leads & executing transactions for the segment including Hospitality, Healthcare & Education. The incumbent will report to the HHE vertical Head While the other 2 positions will contribute towards growing the business of the vertical by sourcing business leads & executing transactions for the segment including Commercial, Re-tail, Industrial . The incumbent will report to the CRRI vertical Head.

The positions will be based in Bangalore & Travel will be an integral part of the profile.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the vertical Head by sourcing leads and work towards successfully converting the leads to transactions.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

- Builds Leads, verify leads, conduct site inspections

- Prepare IMs, float to prospects, follow-ups

- Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments.

- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

- Work with other functional heads to source/ deliver the solution to the client

- Contribute significantly in setting up and adhering to the processes

- Contribute towards building and capturing relevant knowledge for the organization

THE PERSON:

- Good communication skills - verbal as well as written is a must for this role

- Should be comfortable working in the field

- High learn-ability and out of the box approach to problem solving is a must

- Assertiveness, Collaboration and self-motivation are the key competencies for this role

- Should possess abilities to work with stringent targets

- Should be able to demonstrate abilities to keep up to date with competitor information and market trends; identify business opportunities for the organization; demonstrates financial awareness

- Should own a two wheeler with a driving license for travel within the city.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- MBA in Sales and Marketing

- Any previous experience in sales / business development in real estate sector will be an advantage (0-3 years)
